This is a gorgeous large collection of 22 pieces in the set has 4 large pieces 3- Large Porcelain Buildings- 2 Have Lighted Electric Wiring With Bulbs which I will store include and one is battery operated. There is a waterfall but it doesn't work. There are all different figurines with Joseph Mary & Baby Jesus. This is a large set that will take up a lot of room. The buildings actually have sand on them and moss to make them date back to the Jesus era. Overall good shape.
