Item has been worn 3 times, In the lifetime I have had it. Bought it in 2016. In excellent to new condition. Lined fur is faux but I do believe the trim may be real fur but it is definitely lined with faux fur I paid over 1200 when I bought it. It's and XS but would fit a small also. Item is real leather, has exterior pockets and interior pockets. Very soft and very warm. Has hooks that close the coat. First picture is store not mine, used for reference.
