This die cut and embossed art print pictures a sweet girl carrying an overflowing basket of pink roses. A fence decorated with forget-me-not garlands tied up with green ribbons stands in the background. The store adorable girl wears a red dress, a red hair bow and a string of pearls around her neck. This art print was a salesman's sample brought to prospective customers for consideration for an advertising calendar. The promotional calendar would then be given to customers for the coming year.

The print is marked "Printed in Germany" with the number 65580 on the bottom corners. Vintage ephemera salesman samples like this are rare and hard to find in such good condition. This calendar artwork measures approximately 12 inches tall and is 7 1/2 inches at the widest point. The sample calendar is in good condition with some minor soiling and spotting on the top ivory colored banner. This banner is where the customer's monthly advertising calendar would be mounted. There is a hole at the top of this piece to hang on a wall with a ribbon or string. The colors in this art print are bright and the die cuts are intact.

This sample calendar will be shipped sandwiched between stiff cardboard and mailed First Class shipping unless otherwise requested.
