Vintage Hastings College Tobacco Card (circa store 1910)

The perfect gift for a Hastings University alum or soon-to-be student. A rare find from the Murad Tobacco company circa early 1900s. Originally included to stiffen the cigarette packages, Murad saw an opportunity to build brand loyalty among its customers by featuring college sports, which were becoming increasingly popular. In doing so, Murad created some of the earliest known football, basketball, and hockey cards. This particular card features a biathlon athlete with a Hastings University seal.
