RETURN POLICY

Please understand and accept : All vintage items have different degree of wear, depending on the age of an item. I will try my best to capture all the wears / defects / discoloration, etc in photos as well as product description. Normal wears such as minor scratches are common in vintage items and will NOT be explicitly stated. Vintage items may show signs of age and use. Vintage items can also feature small defects that were made during the past manufacturing processes. These can include small tool / firing marks, trapped kiln store dust and surface bubbles that can be noted underneath and on top of the glaze and will also not be stated explicitly.

I pack with lots of bubble wraps and papers for cushion, but cannot guarantee the items will not get damaged in transit and during postage handling as this is outside of my control. In the event the items get damaged by postage handling, you'll need to take the damaged items to your local post office to lodge a compensation claims as I cannot lodge it on my end. The default insurance amount provided by Australia Post is $100. If you'd like extra insurance, please let me know.
