Chyangra is a native of the Himalayan belt, which lives 10,000 ft above sea level in which temperature is extremely freezing and little vegetation.
One Himalayan goat produces about 170 gram fibre annually weighing equivalent to a Shawl.
Pashmina has unique softness and comforting warmth. It is exotically delicate, lightest and the finest insulating fibre of the world. The fur collection and combing process is performed every spring without harming the goats for several years. It's a good sources of income of villagers in Himalayan region.
