Early Lamp Part / Hat Pin Holder store / Porcelain Lamp Part / Made in Japan / Hand Painted Porcelain

store Not sure what this is but I believe it was a part of an old lamp fixture. But I've used it as a antique hat pin holder for years now. It has holes on both ends where perhaps some wiring went through.
In very good old antique condition.
