This product is an authentic kimono made in Japan according to Japanese tradition. We have carefully inspected and graded each piece. However, being antique or vintage means that there are all sorts of imperfections. Stains, discoloration, and damage from time and use are present, but can still be worn if you are interested in antique or vintage and don't mind that this store item is not perfect. It is also a great fabric for handcrafting.
