This was probably a salesman promotional item for a bar or liquor store. This dates back to 2004. It appears to be in unused condition. It also comes with a bonus Dale Earnhardt Sr 28” x 22” paper poster. It also appears to be in unused condition. Both were found in this tube in a box of miscellaneous items from an estate sale.
