Fletcher Martin Signed Lithograph store

This is a great litho! Fletcher Martin (1904-1979) made a series of 3 of these all store beach scenes and is a departing of his usual style. It is super cute though. It has a peachy/yellow background with black and white. It is 17.25 x 12" and the print itself is 14 x 9.75". The signature appears to be an actual signature and not part of the litho. One corner is torn.
