Details the extraterrestrial contact between a Mexican scientist and an alien being from the star group Andromeda between 1972 and 1984. A very hard to find copy of this occult / paranormal book. Moderate wear around the edges of jacket including tear near bottom of fore edge of front cover which was been taped. Creases and chipping elsewhere around the edges. Small piece of tape along base of spine. Slightly slanted spine with a few instances of mildly split binding, but all pages remain attached. Rear pastedown endpaper is creased. Some very sparse markings in pencil in margins of text and faint blemishes to outer edge of text block, otherwise all pages clean and store unmarked. Slight patchouli odor. See photos.
