Works well! Used once store to clean a gray wool rug but need something larger. Retail about $125. Smoke-free, pet-free home. There is some condensation in the tank from my one cleaning endeavor and some loose wool fibers in the nozzle which does not affect use. Otherwise it's basically brand new!.
