Hand forged w2 steel knife with hamon .3"blade store 7"total length . Differential heat treatment which is what gives the hamon (visible line between hardened and non hardened steel )and added durability. Handle is cocobolo, attached to knife with 4 red g10 pins and epoxy.comes with hand made leather sheath.
