Includes 6 porcelain pans and a Galaxy black 3D printed smiley box. store Each of these porcelain pans are individually handmade and stamped by me. They are meticulously weighed before forming. The pans must fully dry before going into a bisque firing using a kiln. The bisque firing plus cooling time takes almost 24 hours total! They are then painted with a food-safe transparent glaze (two coats) before going for another trip to the kiln for their glaze firing (which also takes roughly another 24 hours)! They can comfortably fit 1ml of paint in a single pour; I consider them quarter pan size. Why porcelain? Porcelain allows watercolors to stay wetter longer, thus making it easier and more enjoyable to mix. Colors appear vivid and true. The smooth surface is kinder to brushes. It is also a breeze to clean up! Please note that each pan will be slightly unique due to being handmade. I think this adds to their charm!.
