lot of monat pruducts like new have been opened but never used shampoo had a bit of a chunky look to it when I opened seal is it suppose to look that way I don't know I never purchased monat before or heat may have caused it we have had a bad heatwave and humidity lately just want to be open and honest up front though but all are new never store used maybe shaking it up will help Im not sure but I do not think it would make a difference with that being said I have lowered the cost….
