Victorian Silver Plated Basket bail handle very ornate center floral decorations. Heavy well made dates 1880. Signed on bottom W.J.Miller store New York Established 1833 #2072. I found this packed away in a New Jersey estate attic for 75 years. Basket measures 9" tall by 12 1/2" long by 9 1/2" wide nice aged look a beautiful piece of silver.
