I could not find this pattern online. I reached out to a Facebook store group and they could not identify the pattern either. This could be a one-of-a-kind piece or perhaps someone bought blanks and made their own set of China?. This is missing the lid. It's still a pretty piece to serve juice, milk or hot water in. Could also be used as a vase. Stands 7 3/4” tall x 6 3/4” from handle to spout and is 5” wide. No chips, cracks or repairs. Sold as is.
