6 Vintage Tiffin-Franciscan Festival 17640 Pattern Crystal Tear Drop/Bubble Stem Champagne/Sherbet Glasses. These beautifully hand blown glasses were made by Tiffin Franciscan Glass circa 1960-1976. The pattern is Festival; store stem and cut 17640. These are exquisitely cut and blown crystal. They each measure 5" Tall x 4 1/8" in diameter at the rim. Three have a yellow foil label which reads " Festival, Hand Made Tiffin" and three have no label. They are all in great shape no chips.
