NFS MOST WANTED comes CIB. The disc looks NEW and didn't need any maintenence. NFS HOT PURSUIT is missing it's manual but does have its insert. I have personally resurfaced, buffed and polished disc and looks beautiful. I have tested both games and they are in excellent working condition without flaw.
