Pristine condition. Opened it up and everything was in its original packaging untouched. Considering the age of this item I saw opening it up and testing it fit. Don't need any surprises for either party. All lights are working and functioning. Turn the switch further and it makes gorey sounds, the kind you would expect from a “butcher shop” it kinda creeped me out, which makes it quite awesome. The box has some external cosmetic damage, but the house is perfect. Has instructions. Measures approximately 8”L x 5”Wx 7.5”H store.
