In good, played with condition from smoke free / animal free home. This set comes from the UK's early 1990's Sylvanian Families collection made by Tomy. Pieces are individually made. It appears they applied the image using a sticker with glaze over the top. That accounts for some fading and chipping of image. This is one of the better condition sets I've seen and includes often missing metal ladle. Table for display purposes only, however please let me know if you store are interested.
