A wall hanging inspired by lavender fields in store Ojai California. I tried to capture the essence of the lavender fields through use of linear patterns, color blocking , slight repetition and texture. The colors chosen for this series include shades of purple, tan and white. Each piece is lovingly made by hand and hung from foraged branches unique to their locations that I have been collecting along the way.

Materials: A mixture of vintage, organic, and hand spun cotton fibers hung from salvaged wood.
