Minecraft 21174 The Modern Treehouse It does not appear as though the previous owner ever attempted constructing this set as the box appears sealed, I have taken pictures of the tape seals on the box to show their condition. The box does have some damage, there are creases in the cardboard and there is also a tear on the front of the box as pictured in photo and the edges of the box also has some wear and tear.
